One quite frequent problem with the Barron/Mc Givney ligator is to get the haemorrhoid properly into the front end. With KilRoid the suction can easily be applied, let loose and readjusted until the entire haemorrhoid is aspirated. The KilRoid suction tip is also made deep enough to allow even for large haemorrhoids to be completely aspirated.
